What is being procured?
The Norwegian Police Joint Services (Politiets fellestjenester, PFT) will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for guard and security services for the Norwegian Police. The agreement covers, among other things, reception services, stationary guarding, guard and alarm monitoring centre, escort services and mobile guarding, including during heightened preparedness. The supplier has a delivery obligation for customers in Oslo and Akershus and for the Norwegian Police University College in Stavern. Other units of the Police and the Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) may place call-offs on the agreement's terms and prices, without a delivery obligation for the supplier.…
