This is currently provided under the Citrix Platform License subscription. The supply and support of any new Citrix products, licenses, cloud services or services as required. The support and maintenance of four Citrix NetScaler MPX 9200’s and supply of any future infrastructure requirements. The provision of Customer Success Services, Priority Support, and Problem Escalation processes. Citrix Education and Training as required.…
