What is being procured?
The procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the procurement of electronic locks, alternative access systems, spare parts, accessories and other necessary materials for use in Bergen municipality ́s health and care services. The systems shall be able to be integrated with the municipality ́s existing system for the administration of electronic locks and access management (Unloc/Opencare). The objective is to ensure a standardised and reliable system that supports efficient access management and facilitates good management, flexibility and sustainable use of resources in the contract period. The municipality ́s existing locks, key boxes and relays shall be replaced during 2026 and 2027.…
