What is being procured?

Beställaren avser med denna upphandling att teckna ramavtal för: 1. Felavhjälpande och mindre planerade underhållsåtgärder, reparationer och ombyggnader av tak. 2. Snöskottning av tak under snösäsongen efter avrop, samt bevakning av specificerade fastigheter. Bevakning innebär att leverantören, utanför ordinarie arbetstid och när väderförhållanden så påkallar, ronderar fastigheterna och vid behov påbörjar akuta åtgärder.
