What is being procured?
Background The contracting authority needs to establish a new framework agreement for cleaning services for several buildings. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a more uniform, efficient and predictable cleaning delivery across the buildings, including new premises that shall be included in the contract. The need includes both existing and coming locations of varying sizes, use and cleaning needs. The contracting authority would therefore like a tenderer who can provide services of uniform and stable quality, at the same time as the delivery can be adapted to changes in scope and needs over time.
