What is being procured?

Für diese Baumaßnahme wird im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens gem. § 15 VgV ein Büro gesucht, dass die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung gem. §§ 53 ff. i. V. m. Anlage 15 HOAI 2021, AG 1,2,3,4,5, und 8 übernimmt. Die Brandschutzklappen werden im Rahmen einer Prüfung entsprechend der Verordnung über die Prüfung technischer Anlagen und Einrichtungen in Gebäuden (TPrüfVO) alle 3 Jahre geprüft. Die Prüfung umfasste die technischen Anlagen sowie die dafür getroffenen Brandschutzmaßnahmen auf ihre Wirksamkeit und Betriebssicherheit. Dabei wurden an rund 700 Brandschutzklappen Mängel festgestellt die zu beheben sind. Darunter sind 135 wesentliche Mängel. Es liegt ein SV-Prüfbericht der vorhandenen Klappen vor.…
