Nach Artikel 59 Absatz 1 der Verordnung über den Vollzug der Lebensmittelgesetzgebung (LMVV) vom 27. Mai 2020 ist das BLV zuständig für die Bezeichnung dieser nationalen Referenzlaboratorien (NRL). Für die verschiedenen Lose sucht das BLV NRL zur Erbringung der Leistungen nach Anhang 8 LMVV.
