What is being procured?

Αντικείμενο του έργου αποτελούν οι οικοδομικές και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εργασίες για τη στατική ενίσχυση, εξωραϊσμό και ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του διατηρητέου σχολικού συγκροτήματος της οδού Ικτίνου 5, το οποίο χαρακτηρίσθηκε ως μνημείο με την υπ’ αριθ. ΥΠΠΟ/ΔΙΝΕΣΑΚ/41018/1117 Απόφαση Υπουργού Πολιτισμού (ΦΕΚ 263/τΑΠΠ/2008). Συνοπτικά περιλαμβάνονται: χωματουργικές εργασίες – εκσκαφές, εργασίες σκυροδέτησης, καθώς και επενδύσεων – επιστρώσεων, κατασκευών ξύλινων – μεταλλικών, τοιχοδομών – επιχρισμάτων, αλλά και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εργασίες (ύδρευση, αποχέτευση, ισχυρά & ασθενή ρεύματα, ενεργητική πυροπροστασία, θέρμανση – κλιματισμός, καύσιμο αέριο).
