What is being procured?
Øygarden municipality intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the procurement of 40 residences for facilitated for the welfare services. A dialogue has been held for the competition with special inspections of what the site could offer. Based on this it is decided that the localisation of the towns must be at Ågotnes or Straume. The attached competition lies the geographical limitations for the two locations. This is based on Strategies for the work on the area part of the municipal plan 2027-2039, with minor adaptations. There is an increasing need for welfare buildings in the municipality, both now and in the future. Users of the new residences will be older, with or without dementia, with function with a certain degree of self-help.…
