What is being procured?
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for travel agency services in order to ensure a versatile, cost efficient and adapted system for the Defence sector ́s different users. Tenderers shall provide all types of travel agency services with particular focus on the booking portal and customer team for personal service. The contracting authority ́s organisation consists of different entities with different needs and the supplier shall function as a hub for the contracting authority ́s total travel activities, including official journeys, transport and commuter journeys as well as sailor journeys as needed.…
