Das DLIP-Interferenzmodul dient der flexiblen und reproduzierbaren Erzeugung periodischer Oberflächenstrukturen mittels Zwei- und Vier-Strahlinterferenz. Fachlos 2 umfasst das DLIP-Interferenzmodul (CPV 38000000-5).
