La présente consultation a pour objet la mise à disposition d'une solution de Système d'Information Géographique (SIG) en mode SaaS ou hébergé, ainsi que l'ensemble des prestations nécessaires à sa mise en oeuvre, son exploitation et son maintien en conditions opérationnelles et de sécurité.
