What is being procured?

Im Verbandsgebiet des A.R.T befinden sich 6 Deponien, die im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Aufgabenerfüllung einer Nachsorge nach den abfallgesetzlichen Vorgaben (§39 ff. KrWG und DepV), sowie 3 in Betrieb befindliche Deponien, die gemäß wasserrechtlichen Genehmigungen beprobt werden müssen. Die Probenahme bezieht sich auf Grund-, Oberflächen- und Sickerwasser. Für diese 9 Deponien wird die Leistung „Analytischen Fremdüberwachung der Deponien“ ausgeschrieben.
