What is being procured?
This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is intended to support the procurement of Contracted Further Education and Training (FET) delivery and associated learner services by participating Education and Training Boards (ETBs). The DPS may be used to commission vocational, occupational, technical, professional, employability, workforce development and other education and training programmes that support learner progression, skills development, social inclusion, labour market participation, sectoral development and enterprise needs.
