What is being procured?

1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest WYKONANIE KOMPLEKSOWEJ DOSTAWY GAZU ZIEMNEGO WYSOKOMETANOWEGO TYPU E ORAZ GAZU ZIEMNEGO ZAAZOTOWANEGO TYPU LS NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA – DOTYCZY SZPITALA IM. ŚW. JADWIGI ŚLĄSKIEJ W TRZEBNICY dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Dostarczanie gazu będzie się odbywać na podstawie umowy zawierającej postanowienia dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Dostarczanie gazu będzie się odbywać na podstawie umowy zawierającej postanowienia umowy sprzedaży i umowy o świadczenie usług przesyłania lub dystrybucji gazu (umowa kompleksowa) i będzie wykonywane zgodnie z przepisami ustawy Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. 2.
