What is being procured?

Provision of a multi-party Integrated Design Team Framework Trinity College Dublin (“Trinity” / “TCD”) Capital Programmes Office has a need to establish an Integrated Design Team (“IDT”) Framework Panel (the “Framework” / “Panel”) to support the organisation’s capital works programme. The Framework adopts a multi-disciplinary model in which one Principal Service Provider (“PSP”) shall be nominated as Lead Consultant for each Call-Off, assuming responsibility for coordination and delivery of the Integrated Design Team. The Framework will provide a compliant, efficient, and high quality mechanism for appointing multi-disciplinary design teams across multiple projects over a defined period. It will ensure consistency of design quality, value for money, and adherence to procurement regulations
