Termenul de solicitare clarificari: in a 18 zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor iar termenul de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificari ale operatorilor economici: in a 11- a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Pe perioada derularii acordului cadru, preturile se ajusteaza in functie de preturile de decontare din Normele Tehnice in vigoare pentru Programele Nationale de Sanatate, conform formulei de mai jos: P nou = P
