Αντικείμενο της σχετικής Δράσης και Σύμβασης είναι η ενίσχυση της ικανότητας (capacity building) των διαδικασιών και των δεξιοτήτων Φορέων Σχεδιασμού και Άσκησης Κοινωνικής Πολιτικής στην Περιφέρεια Αττικής, που εμπλέκονται άμεσα ή έμμεσα στην υλοποίηση πολιτικών και παρεμβάσεων κοινωνικής ένταξης, ένταξης στην αγορά εργασίας και εφαρμογής Δράσεων της Προτεραιότητας 4Β του ΣΠ.04 του Προγράμματος «Αττική 2021-2027».
