What is being procured?

Roscommon County Council wishes to procure a multi-disciplinary Integrated Design Team to complete preliminary design, statutory consent process (planning) detailed design, ER role and handover, for the redevelopment (regeneration) of an area of Town Core lands within Ballaghaderreen Town. A masterplan has been completed and the Integrated Design Team will take their lead from this place and seek to deliver the elements within that plan. Note - no buildings are proposed at this time.
