Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η μίσθωση φορτηγών Δ.Χ. και μηχανημάτων έργου με οδηγό/χειριστή για τις ανάγκες της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε., όπως περιγράφονται αναλυτικά κατά είδος και ποσότητα στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ ΙΙ (A) - ΠΙΝΑΚΑΣ ΦΟΡΤΗΓΩΝ Δ.Χ. & ΜΗΧΑΝΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΕΡΓΟΥ - ΠΡΟΥΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ ΦΟΡΤΗΓΩΝ Δ.Χ. & ΜΗΧΑΝΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΕΡΓΟΥ, που προορίζονται για να καλύψουν τις λειτουργικές ανάγκες της Ε.ΥΔ.Α.Π. Α.Ε. για χρονικό διάστημα τριών (3) ετών, με δικαίωμα χρονικής παράτασης της σύμβασης για δύο (2) επιπλέον έτη.
