Csak új termék ajánlható meg. Érvénytelen az ajánlat, ha a megajánlott termék az ajánlatban benyújtott műszaki leírás alapján nem felel meg a dokumentációban a termékkel szemben előírt teljesítendő minimumkövetelményeknek, azaz a megajánlott paraméterek azokat nem elégítik ki.
