Abs. 1.4 AHO Schriftenreihe Nr. 17, Dez. 2022. Aufgrund der Förderung ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung in mehreren Leistungsstufen vorgesehen, weshalb in der ersten Stufe die Leistungsphasen 1 - 4 vereinbart werden.
