What is being procured?

Der Zweckverband Schulzentrum Eichstätt-Schottenau plant die Erweiterung des gleichnamigen Schulzentrums in Form eines eigenständigen, viergeschossigen Neubaus auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Zudem werden auch einzelne bauliche Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Nutzungsän-derungen in den Bestandsgebäuden durchgeführt. Sämtliche Bauphasen des Neubaus finden parallel zum Schulbetrieb statt. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Ca. 3400m2 HOB, ca. 150m2 DOB
