What is being procured?
The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) is the contracting authority and intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to one tenderer who shall cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for original air and fluid filters. The framework agreement will also include up to 250 hours consultancy and technical support per annum. Tenderers are obliged to deliver original air and fluid filters that have been produced or certified by the manufacturer of the engines/equipment in which the filters shall be used. Articles that naturally come under the framework agreement ́s scope shall, if needed, be included in the contract extent if the contracting authority so desires. The same applies to replacement products and other products that naturally belong with what the contract covers.
