Hankintayksikkö on hankintamenettelyn aikana havainnut, että hankinnan kohteena olevan esirakentamisen kestoa koskeva tarve on muuttunut siten, ettei hankintaa voida toteuttaa tarjouspyynnössä esitetyllä sopimuskaudella.
