Prezenta achiziţie publica este realizată în comun de o asociere de autorităţi contractante, in baza art. 44 din Legea 98/2016. JUDEŢUL GALAŢI (Consiliul Judeţean Galaţi) este autoritatea contractantă mandatată să organizeze prezenta procedura de atribuire, ca lider de asociere. Prin Autoritate Contractanta se va inteiege oricare dintre autorităţile contractante beneficiare/semnatare ale contractului de achiziţie publică. Autorităţile contractante care se asociază pentru realizarea prezentei achiziţii comune sunt: - Judeţul Galaţi (Consiliul Judeţean Galaţi); - Asociaţia de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară ECOSERV Galaţi.
