Investitia cuprinde Executia lucrarilor pentru obiectivul de investitii cu titlul “Consolidarea structurala si eficientizarea energetica a cladirii Spitalului Orasenesc Panciu”. Potrivit devizului general realizat in cadrul proiectului tehnic, valoarea estimata totala executie lucrari pentru obiectivul investitii este de 38.559.688,87 lei fără TVA formata din: - Cap. 1.3. - Valoarea estimata – Amenajarea terenului: 568.233,19 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 2.1. - Valoarea estimata – Cheltuieli pentru asigurarea utilitatilor: 157.730,98 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.1. - Valoarea estimata - Constructii si instalatii: 29.230.224,02 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.2. – Valoarea estimata - Montaj utilaje, echipamente tehnologice si functionale: 359.812,44 lei fara TVA; - Cap. 4.3. – Valoarea estimata - Utilaje, echipam
