What is being procured?

Tipperary County Council intend to appoint technical consultants to conserve the Westgate building and review all options available for its reuse. The brief is to explore options for the future use of the building and to apply for funding for its restoration through any available funding channels. We are looking for a design team with experience in conservation works on protected structures. The proposed works relate to the conservation of the building fabric and the identification of its end use. Tipperary County Council have been monitoring the condition of the buildings and actively engaging in maintenance over the past two decades.
