What is being procured?

1.1 Συντήρηση έτοιμου λογισμικού (JINA – EESSI). 1.2 Υπηρεσίες (με απολογιστική χρέωση) σχεδίασης, υλοποίησης και διασφάλισης καλής λειτουργίας τυχόν πρόσθετων διεπαφών ή προσαρμογών που θα απαιτηθούν κατά τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης λόγω νέων λειτουργικών ή τεχνικών απαιτήσεων του συστήματος EESSI/JINA (100 Ανθρωποημέρες). 1.3 Υποστήριξη των κεντρικών υποδομών, στις οποίες είναι εγκατεστημένο και λειτουργεί το σύστημα EESSI. 1.4 Λειτουργία γραφείου υποστήριξης/Υπηρεσία Help Desk. 1.5 Τήρηση εγγυημένου επιπέδου υπηρεσιών.
