What is being procured?

Gegenstand dieses Ausschreibungsverfahrens sind Leistungen des Leistungsbildes Los 1 - Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß §§ 33 ff. HOAI. betreffend des Neubaus Kita Raiffeisenring, Raiffeisenring 1, 56564 Neuwied. Kurzbeschreibung Bauvorhaben: Auf dem städtischen Grundstück ehemalige Schule Raiffeisenring, soll eine Kindertagesstätte mit 8-Gruppen entstehen. Von dem Gesamtgrundstück werden ca. 3.000 qm zur Verfügung gestellt. Entsprechend der Formulierungen im Bedarfsplan ist ein offenes Konzept umzusetzen. Die bisherigen Planungen bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 6 wurden bereits erbracht.
