What is being procured?

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je zajištění služeb souvisejících se sběrem, odvozem, tříděním a likvidací odpadu pro město Svoboda nad Úpou, v rozsahu a v souladu se zadávacími podmínkami. Veškeré činnosti prováděné dle této zakázky musí být v souladu se zákonem č. 541/2020 Sb., o odpadech, v platném znění a v souladu s příslušnými souvisejícími právními předpisy a obecně závaznými vyhláškami města Svoboda nad Úpou.
