What is being procured?

Ramavtalet omfattar: - löpande och planerade invändiga målningsarbeten inom HLU (hyresgäststyrt lägenhetsunderhåll). - mindre projekt utvändigt och invändigt i biutrymmen mm. Arbetena ska kunna utföras i AB Bostadens samtliga fastigheter inom Umeå kommun. Ramavtalet kommer att delas in i två delar, Norra & Västra området samt Södra och Östra. Anbudsgivare kan välja att lägga anbud på en del eller båda två. Ett ramavtal per del kommer att tecknas.
