Es objeto del contrato a que se refieren el PLiego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares Específicas (en adelante PCAPE) la realización del contrato mixto de SERVICIOS DE MANTENIMIENTO, CONSERVACION Y MEJORA DE LAS INSTALACIONES SEMAFORICAS E INDUSTRIALES PARA LA GESTION DE LA MOVILIDAD, INCLUYENDO SUMINISTRO E INSTALACIÓN DE NUEVOS ELEMENTOS, según el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (en adelante PPT) que figura en el expediente, cuyo conjunto de documentos integrantes tendrán carácter contractual.
