What is being procured?
Resource Innovations Inc (RI), previously known as Nexant Inc, provide ongoing support and maintenance services for the Voltage Trajectory Tool (VTT), which RI developed for EirGrid for its use in the National Control Centre. The VTT supports secure operation of the transmission system at higher renewable and System Non Synchronous Penetration levels by assessing how changes in reactive power affect voltage conditions across the transmission network. The VTT services were originally procured via the ENQEIR639 tender. In order to meet evolving complex business requirements, certain enhancements were required on the VTT that RI developed.…
