What is being procured?

Poslodavac je obvezan prema odredbama Zakona o zaštiti na radu (NN 71/14, 118/14, 154/14, 94/18 i 96/18) osigurati radnicima odgovarajuću osobnu zaštitnu opremu i osigurati da je radnici pri obavljanju poslova koriste na propisani način. Naime, prilikom obavljanja različitih poslova, potrebno je zbog ugrožene sigurnosti i zdravlja radnika koristiti osobnu zaštitnu opremu. U skladu s potrebama, poslodavac nabavlja potrebnu osobnu zaštitnu opremu koja se koristi pri obavljanju poslova gdje postoje rizici za radnika. CPV oznaka i naziv: 18110000
