What is being procured?

De opdracht bestaat uit zowel de regie als de uitvoering van het vervoer Jeugd GGZ. Onder regie wordt verstaan het opstellen van de ritplanning, de ritregistratie, klachtenafhandeling en de (dagelijkse) operationele communicatie met ouders, jeugdigen en behandellocaties en tactische en strategische communicatie/ informatieverschaffing naar Opdrachtgever. Het betreft ongeveer 75 jeugdigen per jaar.
