What is being procured?
Needs/goals: Procurement of a tool/system for a more future orientated use of employee surveys by continually measuring employees' experiences throughout the employee journey, from the employee experience to final surveys, including projects and pulse surveys. Previous use and system lacked flexibility and support for scaling to more surveys for more frequent measurements, as well as for getting faster and more relevant data on the employee ́s experience.
