The Contracting Authority is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of Schoolbooks to Education and Training Boards (ETBs).The DPS is designed to assist the Education and Training Boards (ETBs) with the process of procuring Schoolbooks. It will seek to encourage volume discounts thereby providing reductions in administrative and transaction costs, for multi‐faith community national schools and post primary schools, further education colleges if applicable and schoolbook suppliers, across sustainable and environmentally friendly delivery solutions.
