What is being procured?

In het kader van de uitvoering van de Gezondheidswet van 6 november 2022 betreffende de verbetering van de binnenluchtkwaliteit in gesloten plaatsen die voor het publiek toegankelijk zijn, gepubliceerd in het Belgisch Staatsblad op 1 december 2022 (hierna "de wet" genoemd), is het noodzakelijk om bestaande wettelijke instrumenten te evalueren en deze verder te ontwikkelen.
