Le présent marché est un accord-cadre multi-attributaires à marchés subséquents, ayant pour objet des prestations informatiques d'ingénierie, d'expertise et de développement applicatif. Le marché est décomposé 2 (deux) lots : - Lot n°1 : Prestations de développement métier sur la technologie Java ; - Lot n°2 : Prestations de DevOps, architecture technique et industrialisation logicielle.
