Upphandlingens syfte är att säkerställa försörjning av material och för ändamålet nödvändiga tillbehör. Då övriga delar i bredbandsförläggningen är beroende av materialförsörjningen är leveranssäkerhet ett måste och vi strävar efter att få till en smidig arbetsprocess så ska leveranser kunna ske utifrån principen JiT.
