Poligonul de tragere semiîngropat din cazarma 1027 Cluj-Napoca este amenajat în spațiu deschis. În prezent se află în stare avansată de degradare. Configurația poligonului nu mai corespunde cu nevoile actuale. Prezenta achiziție are ca scop realizarea lucrărilor necesare pentru asigurarea condițiilor optime de desfășurare a tragerilor cu armamentul ușor de infanterie de către structurile militare arondate și evitarea accidentelor.
