What is being procured?

The objective of this contract is to advance the implementation of Albania’s Digital Agenda in selected sectors by improving ICT infrastructure and aligning electronic communications policies with national and EU objectives. It will support the Albanian institutions, in particular the relevant Ministry and AKEP (hereinafter the beneficiaries) to increase their capabilities to promote trust in the global digital ecosystem by advancing inclusive and affordable connectivity so that all citizens can benefit from the digital economy and the future of Internet. In more details it will help prepare the documentations for conducting geographical survey and the methodology on very high capacity networks in the implementation of article 43 of the law no 54/2024 on electronic communication law in Alb
