What is being procured?

El objeto del presente contrato es la prestación de un servicio de soporte técnico para el equipamiento informático del fabricante HPE, con el fin de mantener la funcionalidad y operatividad de los equipos o, en caso de averías o deficiencias de funcionamiento, disponer de los recursos necesarios para restablecer el servicio a la mayor brevedad, conforme a las características descritas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (PPT).
