What is being procured?
Halmstads kommun har idag tre petroleumledningar som förvaltas av Hallands hamnar. Ledningarna går från kaj till befintliga oljedepåområde via fem pumpstationer. Parallellt med dessa ledningar går det en separat petroleumledning som ägs av Stena recycling. Samtliga ledningar ska bytas ut och placeras i nytt läge. Sanering kommer förekomma av förorenad mark.
