The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance to strengthen the institutional, administrative and operational capacities of the Managing Authority, Intermediate Bodies for Financial Management, End Recipients and other involved stakeholders involved in the implementation of the IPA III Operational Programme on EU for Digital Economy and Society 2024–2027 in Albania.
