What is being procured?

Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Objektplanung - Gebäude und Innenräume (Anlage 10, HOAI 2021) mit den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Geplant ist ein Erweiterungsbau an die bestehende Grundschule Happing (Stadtteil von Rosenheim) mit Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle sowie die Sanierung bzw. Renovierung des Bestandes UG Süd (Umbau von Horträumen in Klassenzimmer). Zudem muss die bestehende Turnhalle aus den 1970er Jahren (nicht unterkellert) abgerissen werden.
