What is being procured?

IDA Ireland is seeking to establish of a Single Party Framework for the Design, Delivery and Management of IDA Ireland’s Property Management System on the Salesforce platform. Justification for the maximum 7 years Framework length - The successful candidate may be required to undertake potentially significant upfront time investment in further discovery, detailed solution design, data migration, configuration, testing, integration and organisational change activities. In its current off-the-shelf form, a Salesforce solution is not capable of meeting all of IDA Property’s requirements without tailoring and multiple integration points with third party systems.
