What is being procured?
Das Grundstück ist aktuell bebaut mit einem Bestandsgebäude - die Clemens-Brentano-Overberg-Realschule - das bereits als solche genutzt wird. Das Bestandsgebäude soll nun erweitert werden. Das Baufeld, aktuell der Schulhof, wird für die Baumaßnahme gesperrt.
