Procurement Of Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Service Conservation And Refurbishment Of The Old Guard House In Kickham Barracks, Clonmel Tipperary County Council wish to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to develop the design and execution of the conservation, refurbishment and adaptive re-use of building B an old Guardhouse with a proposed re-use as a Café. The successful consultant will be required to complete the following project phases as outlined in Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF): • CWMF Stage ii : Detailed Design • CWMF Stage iii : Tender Process • CWMF Stage iv : Construction • CWMF Stage v : Handover The services are required for the following protected building: Guard house - Proposed Cafe
